An existing 97 room metro-hotel with a café, bar and restaurant, wellness centre and beauty salon located in central Ipswich transformed into a 6-story aged care facility.
Port City Air Conditioning was awarded Oracle Care Ipswich remodel working closely with Woollams Construction to transform the 79-room aged care home.
Port City Air Conditioning contributed to the project with Daikin VRV air conditioning system with stair pressurisation and lobby relief system.
