Port City Air Conditioning is a trusted and reliable Commercial and Industrial Sunshine Coast based company. With plenty of work in the pipeline we are looking for confident, competent and experienced Sub Contractors in the following fields of Mechanical Services:
- Duct Installers
- Pipe Installers
- Mechanical Electrical
With current and upcoming projects across South East Queensland we are looking for South East Queensland Sub Contractors to start immediately.
Our Company
Port City Air Conditioning specialise in all aspects of HVAC Systems and Mechanical Services across commercial and industrial buildings and can lay claim to playing a pivotal part on many builds in Brisbane areas, Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton. We have 1 branch and head office on the Sunshine Coast.
Opportunities
Reporting to the Director and Project Managers and working as part of an experienced team, your works will contribute to projects in the South East Queensland. This will give you the opportunity to work across projects within the high-rise commercial, healthcare, data centre & retail sectors.
To be considered as a sub-contractor you will require the following:
- ABN
- Workcover Insurance
- Public Liability Insurance
- SWMS
- Relevant QBCC Licenses
- Have a General Construction Induction card
- Tools of trade and mobile phone
- An excellent attitude towards safety
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Minimum 5 years experience

Qualifications & Experience
- Duct Installers – Class 1 or Class 2 Sheetmetal Workers Qualification
- Pipe Installers – ARCtick Licence Essential
- Mechanical Electrical – Electrical Contractors License
