North Lakes Terrace Care Community is located in the heart of the North Lakes Health Precinct, with permanent, respite and dementia-specific care, the facility offers 146 high care beds and beautiful sensory gardens, and a suite of community facilities on the ground floor including breakout areas, hairdressing salon, café, consulting rooms, with a commercial kitchen and laundry.
Working with McNab, Port City Air Conditioning contributed to the project with Daikin VRV air conditioning system, Kitchen, pump room and general ventilation throughout the facility.
