A purpose-built greenfield development located at Moranbah. The Service Centre consists of a vehicle and truck re-fuelling and convenience shop and 2 fuel dispensing canopies. The facility was purpose-built for Puma Energy and adjoins the recently completed Mcdonald’s. The project included a road extension to Meninga Crescent and services infrastructure including a new water main.
Working with Evans Built, Port City Air Conditioning contributed to the project with a Daikin VRV air conditioning system, Kitchen ventilation and freezer and cold room refrigeration and general ventilation throughout the facility.
